Event Permit Application Instructions

Instructions for the Event Permit Application

  • Review Ordinance #25-1530/Chapter 260-51 Noise.
  • Complete the Event Permit Application below. Please allow fourteen (14) days prior to event for processing.
  • Provide certificate of insurance if event is open to the public or using city owned property (attach in application below).
  • Upon completion, the Clerk's office will forward to the Police Department and Mayor for approval.
  • Permit will be issued with the approval of the Mayor and can be picked up, mailed or emailed.
