You may complete the form ahead of time; however, the application must be brought to the Gas & Water office in person to process your new account. Applications cannot be submitted by email.
At the time of account setup, customers must also provide the required utility security deposits:
Gas Service: $150.00
Water Service: $100.00
Security deposits must be paid by cash or check at the time the account is opened.
Utility security deposits are held on the account and may be applied to the final bill or refunded when the account is closed, provided the account is paid in full.
