Our team is responsible for:
Maintaining and repairing water mains and service lines
Monitoring water quality and ensuring regulatory compliance
Reading meters and assisting with service connections and disconnections
Responding promptly to service requests and water emergencies
Our utility bills for gas and water services are issued one month behind. This means the bill you receive reflects your usage from the previous month.
Meter Reading
Our crews read meters between the 10th and 20th of each month to ensure accurate billing.
Billing Schedule
The amount due must be paid in full every month. A penalty of 10% is applied after the due date. All delinquent accounts will be shut off. Reconnect fees for shut off accounts are $50 for gas and $50 for water.

In Person: Payments can be made at our office during regular business hours.
By Mail: Please mail your payment to the address listed on your bill.
Night Drop: A secure drop box is available in the drive-thru for after-hours payments.
