Our Gas Department is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable natural gas service to our community. We take pride in maintaining a dependable system and delivering responsive customer service to meet the needs of our residents and businesses.

Water Department


Our Water Department is committed to providing safe, clean, and reliable water service to our community. We take pride in maintaining a dependable water system and delivering excellent customer service to meet the needs of our residents and businesses.

Our team is responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing water mains and service lines

  • Monitoring water quality and ensuring regulatory compliance

  • Reading meters and assisting with service connections and disconnections

  • Responding promptly to service requests and water emergencies

 

Billing Information


Our utility bills for gas and water services are issued one month behind. This means the bill you receive reflects your usage from the previous month.

 

Meter Reading
Our crews read meters between the 10th and 20th of each month to ensure accurate billing.

 

Billing Schedule

  • Bills are mailed between the 3rd and 5th of each month.
  • Payments are due by the 20th of the month.
    • If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following Monday.

The amount due must be paid in full every month. A penalty of 10% is applied after the due date. All delinquent accounts will be shut off. Reconnect fees for shut off accounts are $50 for gas and $50 for water. 

 

Payment Options


We offer several convenient ways to pay your gas and water bill:

  • In Person: Payments can be made at our office during regular business hours.

  • By Mail: Please mail your payment to the address listed on your bill.

  • Night Drop: A secure drop box is available in the drive-thru for after-hours payments.

  • Online Payment: You can also pay your bill online through our secure payment portal. Click here to be directed to our online payment portal.
